Insight Writing® at The Coven NE
Insight Writing® is a guided writing practice designed for people who don’t necessarily identify as writers. Using poetry, prompts, and TellMe Insight Cards™, participants explore what wants to be expressed — without pressure or perfection. It’s a healing freedom practice, a way to turn attention inward, discover unexpected language, and sometimes even sow the seeds of poems, prose, and other works.
No experience necessary.
No wrong way to do it.
